We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised HR Administrator to join our busy HR team based in London on a Fixed Term Contract until September 2019. If you are a self-starter, who wants to grow their career in HR, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The role is administrative and will give you an insight into all aspects of HR. To be successful you’ll need to be organised, diligent and able to manage priorities and deadlines whilst maintaining strong attention to detail. It’s also important to have good communication skills, as you’ll act as a key point of contact for employees across the London office.
Skills & Qualifications
You’ll be educated to degree level or have administrative work experience and will be interested in starting a career in HR.
You’ll have strong attention to detail, will be eager to support the HR team and will have good time management and organisational skills. The role will suit someone who enjoys ‘getting things done’.
Who We Are
Established in 1783, ED&F Man is an employee-owned agricultural commodities merchant with 7,000 people in 60 countries and annual revenue in excess of $10bn. We trade sugar, coffee, molasses, animal feed, grains and pulses. We help our counterparties manage price risk through hedging and provide access to commodity and capital markets through our brokerage business.
We source, store, process, ship and distribute agricultural products including sugar, coffee, molasses, animal feed, grains and pulses. Each year we trade 11m bags of coffee, 11m tonnes of sugar and 6m tonnes of animal feed. We work closely with our customers and suppliers and help our counterparties manage price risk through hedging.
