Brokerage Collection Clerk (0183)

The Role

To work as part of a small team to provide support to the front office brokerage team across global locations.

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Making calls to debtors to establish the reason for non-payment.
  • Logging the result of all calls made.
  • Investigating trade discrepancies that may be preventing payment.
  • Prioritising calls to debtors.
  • Escalating disputes to management where applicable.
  • Working with relevant systems such as GPS, Atlantis (eGAINS), DOCS (eGUS) and GMI.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a brokerage. 
  • Experience of Atlantis, DOCS and GPS would be advantageous. GMI experience would also be beneficial, although not a necessity.
